However, we are running out of ideas and would like to ask you if you have any ideas for future polls on our site. Please email webmaster@olih.org with any ideas you may have on possible polls or poll topics. We’d love to hear your thoughts and ideas.
From Fr. Steve,
Looking ahead … In the next couple of weeks, the plans will be finalized for beginning our renovation/building program. I will share more specific details next weekend. However, I want you to start getting yourselves prepared for a different Mass schedule during renovations. We will add a Mass on Sunday morning and change the times for the other two.
Beginning the weekend of February 27th & 28th our temporary Mass times will be:
Saturday evening: 5:00 p.m.
Sunday morning: 7:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m. and11:00 a.m.
Masses will be celebrated in the Multi-purpose /Banquet room. In order to make this work, we will need to have a significant number attend the 7:30 a.m. Mass on Sundays to even out the crowds. I beg you, if you are an early morning person, even if you usually come on Saturday, try the Sunday morning 7:30 a.m. Mass. If only a handful come to that Mass, it won’t help us to spread out the crowds. We will need lots of cooperation and patience during this renovation time. Many of you have been through this before, so you know it will be worth it in the end.
