Barbara Ledvina
Hello, I am Barb Ledvina. My husband John and I have called Ankeny home for over three decades. We will be celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary this year. We have three adult children, and four grandchildren.
Since joining the parish 34 years ago, we have been actively involved in a variety of ministries, including being Eucharistic Ministers, part of the Welcoming Ministry and teaching religious education. I have served as the webmaster for the OLIH website for a number of years, and also serve on the parish Technology Committee.
While our parish may seem large, we have found that getting involved has helped us to become part of the parish community. I would highly recommend getting involved at your own comfort level - our parish has a variety of needs that you can become involved in.
