Joint Divine Mercy Celebration
From: Sunday, April 7 1:00 PM
To: Sunday, April 7 3:00 PM
The parishes of OLIH, St Luke’s and St Mary’s are sponsoring a joint Divine Mercy celebration on Sunday, April 7 at OLIH.
Join us at OLIH for Divine Mercy Sunday, April 7—
1:00-3:00 pm: Adoration/Confessions
3:00 pm: Prayer Service/Divine Mercy Chaplet
The focus of Divine Mercy Sunday centers on the gift of mercy and love given through Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection. In a world that hears a message of emptiness or hate, Divine Mercy Sunday proclaims the path to peace is through forgiveness and tenderness.
Take some time to pray along with the Divine Mercy Chaplet recorded by the Chicoine sisters.
We especially implore God’s mercy:
on the Mid-East and Ukrainian people and all those in war-torn countries
to heal the physically ill
to rescue those in peril spiritually
