The next lecture in the Catholic Culture Lecture Series is Saturday, January 26 in the St. Augustin parish hall. The title is: Understanding the Old Testament Roots of the Holy Eucharist. A former evangelical and attorney will present a talk showing how Our Lord's Real Presence in the Eucharist as the Bread of Life was foreshadowed from the beginning of the Scriptures and recognized by the early Jewish Christians as the fulfillment of ancient practices with an eternal reality. The talk begins at 7:30 PM; snacks, wine, and beer will be available at 7:00.
