YOUth Ministry invites 8-12th graders and their friends to grow in their faith and community by being active in YOUth Ministry.

Hey everyone!  YOUth Ministry is assisting Families of Iowa and Holy Family School, through a school supply “Reverse Collection.” This weekend, YOUth Ministry will gather the items from our reverse collection.  Many thanks for all you do and for this HUGE way in which we are able to directly help where help is badly needed!

Heart-to-Heart OLIH YOUth Ministry College Outreach

YOUth Ministry would like to reach out to any OLIH college students in various ways throughout a typical school year.  It would be great to surprise them with some unexpected support during more stressful times of the year.  Please fill out the attached information sheet and return to the YOUth Ministry Office ASAP.

HOMECOMING WEEKEND YOUTH MASS

With high hopes that our YOUth will have a wonderful, fun, and safe Homecoming, OLIH YOUth Ministry invites all YOUth and their families to a special Mass Sunday, September 19 at 6:00 pm.  We know that this will allow everyone attending Homecoming a chance to celebrate a weekend Mass and we hope that everyone will take advantage of this offering.  For this Mass we encourage any YOUth trained in the various roles to sign up as: Lectors (readers), commentator (welcome, petitions, announcements), altar servers, extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion, hospitality (ushers), and gift bearers!  A sign-up sheet is available on the YOUth Ministry Kiosk in the main entrance and on the YOUth Ministry bulletin board as well.
