SVDP Needs Childcare Help

St. Vincent de Paul (SVDP)is offering two classes at the facility on Sixth Avenue. One class runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 to 7:00 pm from March 13 - May 10, and is a preparatory class for those wanting to take the HiSET (GED) class at DMACC. The second class is held on Wednesdays from 4:30 to 6:30 pm from April 4 – May 9, that educates young parents on how to develop good parenting skills.
That’s where you come in! We are in need of people to assist with caring for the children of the students on these nights at SVdP. If you can help with even one evening, please call Anthony Gross/ 515-282-8327 ext. 17. Spending a little time with a little one is a BIG thing!
