Are you are responsible for the care of another person? If so, you are invited to the St. Joseph Educational Center's spring event on Saturday, April 14 from 8:00 am-12:00 pm at St. Boniface Church in Waukee. Keeping Your Own Cup Full: Self-care for Caregivers will be a workshop focused on the importance of self-care and how it helps you provide better care for others.
