Middle School Youth Ministry offers a variety of opportunities for 6th - 8th graders to come together.
Middle School Youth Monthly Gathering (gr. 6-8): 3rd Sunday of every month, generally from 5:30-7:30pm (meal included). There is a different focus for every month, with games, activities, food, and prayer, all designed to help grow our young disciples. Friends are always welcome and we love having parent helpers!
Bibles & Breakfast (gr. 6-12): Sunday mornings 9:45-10:15am in the youth room. Everyone in grades 6-12 is invited to join for a deeper look into the Sunday Gospel readings twice a month. Find specific dates in the monthly emails or on the youth ministry google calendar. Chocolate Pancakes, donuts, and more are always available.
Pizza & Prophets (gr.6-8): Wednesday evenings the youth room opens at 4:00pm-8:15pm for grades 6-12. Pop and chips are available for $.50/each. Pizza is available for $.50/slice at 6:30pm. Computers, foosball, comfy couches all available. The gym opens at 5:00pm for open gym. Come join us!
Youth Ministry Week (gr. 6-12): During VBS we have different events each day to help make the week of VBS even more amazing.
Sunday: Movie night (after large group gathering)
Monday: Breakfast with the twins (breakfast at 7:30am in the youth room)
Tuesday: Water Games 2-4pm in the field
Wednesday: gr. 6-8 Picnic and Games gr. 9-12 Progressive Lunch
Thursday: Service night at Agape Garden
Friday: BBQ Cookout at Saylorville Lake
Christ’s Hands Service Outreach Retreat (gr 6-8) for Summer 2017
Sunday, July 16th 7:00pm - Wednesday, July 19th 7:00pm
This 3 day local outreach program is an exciting opportunity for middle schoolers to engage in service and to grow in faith. Youth will go to locally-based work-sites to volunteer their time and talents. Cost is $85 (sponsorship's available). Deadline to sign up is June 11. Learn more FAQs
