Meet the Staff

Becky has been a member of OLIH since 1998, and the Business Manager since 2002.  Becky has overarching responsibility for the financial aspects of the parish, human resources and the facility itself.  She oversees the day-to-day nuts and bolts of operating a parish, and couldn’t do it without the great administrative staff!  Becky also works closely with Diocesan staff and other business managers in the metro area to develop and implement best policies and practices for ensuring OLIH runs smooth and remains compliant with governing entities.  Becky is a regular participant in the Finance Council, Safety Committee and Technology Committee, and frequently participates in Pastoral Council meetings.  In addition she is on the Diocesan Insurance Committee and Chairperson of the Des Moines Metro Business Managers group.
